Previously we bought a home through Ms. Rosalyne Chatman 2 1/2 years prior and I had many demands. We looked at more than 20 properties...we knew that she had other clients she was working with, her aim was to please all her clients, irregardless of the demands...Ms. Rosalyne was concerned about the needs and satisfaction of her clients. Ms. Rosalyne Chatman worked diligently with us and she had a determination to please her clients. I would highly recommend her to my family and friends...she's the best!

I had first used Roz 14 years and then 3 years ago to buy houses. We would tell her what houses we wanted to see and she made it happen. She let us alone to look at houses, instead of following closely behind, like a shadow. Then she gave her advice. And she made the buying process so easy for me. I knew I wanted to use her to sell my house.

This was the first time selling the house. I didn't want to go inside the house at all and I didn't have to. Roz was very understanding and such a great help.

Roz has a got a fighting spirit and I am glad she is on my side!!

I don't see myself buying or selling soon, but if I do, it will be with Roz.

Rosalyne helped me and my first husband buy our first house. We were a one-income family having just moved across the country a year prior and I was in the late stages of my first pregnancy. Rosalyne was there every step of the way, explaining things to us and giving advice. We bought the perfect house that fit in our budget. 3 weeks before I had my little girl, my husband and I were painting the baby's room.
